I must say I have seen some dodgy stuff being in the trade but this one takes the cake. I do believe this has not even lasted 2 years since it was renovated.

The Business that half attempted the correct procedures to the project was not licenced to renovate bathrooms and has skiped town.
We are helping by slowly pulling the existing bathroom down piece by piece to find all the incorrect procedures used (and it’s a big list). This will help with the client and Fair Trading taking this person to court to get their money back.

Coming into Christmas, this client would have much preferred to spend their money on family and a well earned brake.

“K9”

Well there was no way you could escape the K9 at this property. At every turn it was there with its toy in its mouth looking at you with its excited big brown eyes.
This bathroom required immediate attention due to the floor giving way. Within two weeks we managed to get started and two weeks later, we were done.
The client wanted to keep costs down and we came to a design that would fit the budget. Some parts of the build and supplying the PC items were nominated to the client. The bathtub and shower screen were reused adding to money in the budget. Plumbing and electrical stayed in the same locations but had new tapware and fittings installed.

“Billy’s Place”

There is one thing for sure in this world and thats you will never meet a nicer guy than Billy.
This was the last hurdle in Billy’s renovation and it was a pleasure to help. Out with the old kitchen….. and floors….. and architraves…… and skirtings….. and in with the new!!
Designing and installation of the cabinetry, laying floating floors and fix out. The transformation has truly changed this house and it’s feeling of home.

“Together”

The last one for the year.
Working together with the client during this project to enhance what was a well outdated bathroom and toilet area. The client performed multiple tasks during the renovation to reduce the costs of what has become a very spacious bathroom.
The use of a frameless shower screen truly does bring space to any bathroom. A neiche is a very handy accessory when it comes to storing your showering goodies. A recessed shaving cabinet adds to the storage and accompanied by a vanity that we modified a little to keep it from touching the ground, giving the peace of mind that water will not damage the base.
When you have the space a bath tub is always a winner. And the big drum roll…………. A new throne 👑.
A beautiful gift pack by the team at Zukci Collection which will not disappoint.

“The Brutalist”

Deriving from the architectural design of concrete finishes. Well not quite concrete but the design gives you the idea. Our clients designed their new bathroom to combat their original timber layout and did an amazing job.
The layout stayed the same but the choices of the PC items give an excellent example of how they can make the room look larger and be more practical.
Open showers are definitely an amazing feeling and the space for movement is next level. Having a bath tub is always a great idea and this 1500mm tub saved us some room to have the open shower.
A wall hung vanity with stone top which will endure the elements in the bathroom and not get water damage on the bottom due to being off the floor. A recessed shaving cabinet for extra storage. Floor to ceiling tiles made the room look massive in comparison to the original layout and not to mention so much easier to keep clean.

Once again we were blessed with amazing clients and it was a delight helping transform your space into something you will love using 😊.
