As part of my services, I come to you at a time that is suitable to you to present and discuss how to best meet all your specific wishes to achieve your ultimate dream home. Throughout the entire process I will advise and assist with all dealings with council and other regulatory authorities. I also deal with (on your behalf) all the consultants that may be involved on your project so that your building or renovating experience is time effective, effortless and pleasant. All my documentation is of the highest quality with properly resolved, aesthetically pleasing and sustainably responsible designs prior to lodgement to relevant authorities. With extensive experience in dealing with councils from Pitt Water to Wingecaribee and from Randwick to Penrith, with everything in between I can get your plans approved by council with the minimal of fuss. Alternatively, if your plans comply with State Legislation we can apply for a Complying Development Certificate (CDC), with a 10 day approval time. Services offered:
