Some recent snaps of a Reno we did for Property Capers.
They had slightly sagged ceilings due to old age, which in turn creates visible creases on the ceiling, all throughout the house wherever the individual ceiling sheets meet each other.
These concaved joins will only get worse over time as the middle of the ceiling sheets sag lower and lower, eventually becoming quite hazardous as more and more of the ceiling let’s go. The ceiling sheets themselves eventually will become too sagged to fix and repair at all. At that stage They will instead need to be ripped down, and replaced.
