Now it's time to meet our newest team member Ben Weber,Ben is a 3rd year that has joined us a couple of months ago as a Part-time apprentice,he only has 6 months to go to complete his TAFE course in Carpentry.
Ben has slotted into our team fantastically & has already learnt some new skills on the tools.

Meet Lucas,he has been with us 1yr now & is a school based apprentice, so is completing Yr 12 this year.
It's alot to manage studying at school,working part-time with us,& last year he was also studying Carpentry at TAFE.
He has taken it all in his stride & continues to learn new skills every week.

Blake came to us when he was still at High school as a school based apprentice.
He has now been with us 5.5 years & is a qualified tradesman.
He is super keen with loads of incentive..he has proven that he has what it takes.

Let's do some staff profiles..if it wasn't for our amazing team,,who are not only reliable..but also talented & trustworthy..we wouldn't be the quality business we are..we'll start with Connor as he is our longest term employee..he is coming up to 6yrs,& is our Leading hand Carpenter.
He came to us as a 3rd yr apprentice & has finished his trade & worked his way up.
Connor steps up to the often daily challenges of the industry, & is an integral part of our team.
