About the Role
JMG Landscape Management is seeking motivated 2nd, 3rd and 4th Year Horticulture Apprentices to join our growing Parks & Gardens / Landscape Maintenance team based in Penrith, NSW.
This is a full-time apprenticeship position working across residential, commercial and strata properties throughout Western Sydney. If you are currently completing your Certificate III in Horticulture (Parks & Gardens) and want strong mentoring, structured training and consistent work — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Lawn mowing, edging and turf maintenance
Garden maintenance, pruning and planting
Mulching, soil preparation and garden rejuvenation
Irrigation maintenance and basic repairs
W**d control and plant health treatments
Safe operation of commercial landscaping equipment
General landscape maintenance and groundskeeping duties
Skills & Requirements
Currently completing Certificate III in Horticulture (Parks & Gardens)
2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or grounds maintenance preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
White Card (or willing to obtain)
Driver’s license preferred
