Stage 1 - final post for this stage…. Couple before and afters at the start of the post, definitely came a long way!! 1200sq’m project completed from start to finish in 8 x months!!! Thanks to all the trades involved, was a fun, fast paced project. Next up, stage 2 at Billanook college :)

Stage 1 - side steer, next post will be the before and after, but I had to show this….. the retaining wall from Hell. So I thought I’d be smart and try to finish this retaining wall we had to do at the same time whilst the works were ongoing on the main building , so jumped on drilling the holes, thanks to , got inspected, all good, then easter 2024 rains came, something like 90mm over the long shutdown weekend, which turned everything to absolute slop, and that’s an understatement, it was borderline impossible to complete this. If it hadn’t of been for .sahely , & this would still be an issue. But some can do attitudes and gusto eventually got it done. This was the worst!!! But came up a treat, also, apologies to for blowing up 5 x Kangas in the process . $5 to anyone who can correct guess how many gumboots we lost in the process of completing this c&$t of a retaining wall!! 😅 final pics to follow

Stage 1 - framing continued. Here’s some more pics of the epic frame completed at Billanook College, as well as some images showing us pouring a slab on a slab!! ( old slab was out of level by 90mm!! ) and the start of the compressed Ac cladding system. As you can see, we had a bit going on! Carpentry - Schultz building group and roofing and plumbing - concrete- Timber and cladding supplies - commercial windows - .

What a wild past 18 x months we’ve had delivering 2 x massive projects for our friends at Billanook college, on behalf of Schultz Building Group. I’ve been extremely lazy on the socials, but over the next few posts, I’m going to show you guys the incredible journey we’ve been on. We have totally re-juvinated there junior school buildings, one was a knock down / rebuild, the other was a complete renovation ( with some extensions to north and south entrances ). The looks on the kids faces said it all once we handed these stunning buildings over to them :) Thanks to all the trades involved in these projects ( They’ll be tagged in future posts ) and we can’t wait to work with the school again!

Thanks for always being there for all of us krazy konicanins. You truly are the best partner and mother. I could not imagine my life without you in it. You continuously put in so much effort to keep this family of ours warm, fed, educated and massively loved. You’re an inspiration to us all and we love you to the moon and back. Today is a little bittersweet as it was our beloved rufies birthday too, who’s no longer with us but he has been in our thoughts all day. Looking forward to pizzas with the fam later ###x love you forever
