Our client had persistent ponding on their brick paved patio after rain. We fixed the issue with a professional, discreet drainage setup.

We installed a channel drain right where the water pools. This drain now feeds runoff into a network of ag pipe that runs safely sub-surface (under the ground) and away from the house, discharging cleanly into the soil below the lawn.

This customer had an old timber sill full of wood rot, It had previously been bog filled, but that had all cracked and separated from the timber. We decided to cut all the rot back to solid timber and build the new sill out of Epoxy resin. This brought the sill back to its original height and has eliminated any future wood rot.
