The fire at home has been lit π₯.
Other than keeping us toasty warm it's a great way to dry your fav herbs over these cooler months.
Grab yourself a drying sleeve/rack, load it with your fav herbs, hang it near the fire and your in Bussiness.
Here we have Vietnamese Mint (also known as Hot Mint or Vietnamese Corriander) one of our favourites on the farm, I could go on about it's amazing anti inflammatory, antibacterial goodness but I think Il stick with how great it tastes.
Perfect to add to stirfrys for a little kick, awesome in soups or salads, great addition to any Thai style cooking, and as shown here fantastic to dry and store for a rainy day.
We add ours with dried Lemongrass, Ginger, Corriander, Kaffier Lime leaves and Chilli to make Hillview's Kaffier Thai Blend available at this weekend's Gloucester farmers market .
Get out on the garden and enjoy your herbs.
