We provide you with our quote, and inclusion list , we ensure it is comprehensive. We are transparent, we try to be as accurate as possible. We know that the expectations we set with you now will affect your experience with the rest of the build so we put everything on the table for you.

Pre-Construction
Before we begin building, you have the opportunity to go through the quote, finishes and inclusions thoroughly. You have the control to approve and finalise all elements of the build. We make sure you tell us exactly what you want.

Building Commences
We can begin the build. 3D Construction team, we perform a comprehensive project hand over. our Construction Manager will be in contact with you during the build.

Home Construction
During the process, of building you will have on-site meetings at the significant steps with the 3D Construction project manager, If you would like to ask any question? Ask anything. we are here for to help.

Practical Completion
3D Construction take extra steps to make sure you are satisfied. We take you through a final inspection, walking through your home together. You have a home handover where you receive the keys to your home!
