Artem Design Studio were recently commissioned to design a new Food & Beverage facility to be incorporated with the re adaption of the existing Port Coogee Marina Services building. The design includes a new and upgraded Marina Club and amenities at lower ground floor level with a new restaurant and Bar (plus out door beer garden) on the upper ground floor and new first floor housing the Marina administration offices.

We are looking for a student architect currently working through their architecture degree that have skill sets using packages such as AutoCAD Revit and the full Adobe packages ( Indesign, Illustrator, photoshop ect.) - one day a week in office experience.

Artem DS recently submitted a design for the redevelopment of the Old East Fremantle Post Office Building on the corner of Canning Highway and Stirling Highway
The design involved a residential tower that connected to the heritage listed old post office and slowly folding over all the while respecting it era and place in history.
Sadly economics drove who finally won this tender and it had nothing to do with good design. We were not successful on this occasion.
Therefore we thought it would be nice to publish what might have been.
