This reclaimed 90×35 pine is getting a second life as 75×25 stock for the compact tables.

A bit of resawing on the Laguna BX18 and we’re turning yesterday’s timber into tomorrow’s furniture.

Less waste. More character. 👍

Sharp knives, clean cuts. 🔪

There’s no point having a beautiful old machine if the tooling is blunt.

A few minutes on the sharpening machine and these knives are ready to turn timber into shavings again. 👌

Sharp tooling = better finish, less tear-out and a happier planer. 😎

Expanding means moving things around, moving things around tend to need more equipment, these saw horses may seem basic but they make cutting bulk timber lots much easier 👍

If it goes into my furniture, it goes over the planer.

Every board gets machined to give me a true, consistent surface before it becomes part of the build.

It might take a little more time, but accurate timber means accurate joinery, better glue lines and a better finished piece.

No shortcuts. Just good timber and good machining. 🔨🪵
