JOB AVAILABLE: Service Assistant (Gatton)
We are looking for a new team member to join us for a full time role in our busy Gatton branch. As a Service Assistance your duties would include:
- Answering telephones, general customer enquiries over the counter & by telephone & making bookings
- Parts ordering & management
- Schedule management for multiple tradesmen
- Job management from start to completion
- Stock control
- Data input
Hours: 8am - 5pm
It is important you are able to prioritise your workload, work independently but also alongside other office staff in the same position & understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service & telephone manner at all times. Previous experience in an office environment essential.

Day #15 - Celebrating 15 Years 🎂🥂🎉

Our team today 🥰 (Riley our Apprentice is missing). We have an incredible group who we are blessed to work alongside. They show up, work hard & share the same values we do in the hope of providing the best service we possibly can.
We have cut some services to better focus on the areas we wish to prioritise & tone down our stress levels as we try to better balance our work/family life. Our kids are growing so quickly & will be gone before we know it & we don't want to miss out on the best years.
We have a loyal customer base & continue to gain fantastic new customers weekly - we are so grateful!
