Quite literally an in and out job.
Amounted to be about 2 days of work and clients are absolutely satisfied.
So much so we have another renovation in a couple of weeks for the same people

Very humbling and gratifying opportunity to have worked on this project.

Back in march we embarked on this project to help restore this centuries old building in williamstown that had a fire destroy the inside.

Start to finish from demo to fit off.

Woah it has been a while since the last post.
Have been absolutely stuck in lately.!!

Even forgot to take some before pictures of this deck we knocked out for one of our clients before sale of the property.
Maximising usable space as this back yard was not pretty.!!

Small balcony repairs turned sour.
Ended up being an entire tear down and rebuild with the correct material for a start.

Neglect and unsafe building practices lead to these sorts of disasters.
Fortunately enough we got there just in time before someone actually stepped through it (literally pushed finger through sub floor once tiles removed).

Has been a fun project to complete with the addition of a roof to give this balcony coverage.

Glad to finally wrap this massive job up in Belmont.
Has been a start to finish external for us from landscaping, retaining walls to fencing.

Couple doors done today.

What a process it has been.
Shout out to the lads for getting these done back to back.
Absolute legends

Entrance frame upgraded on the spot from standard 820 to 1020.

And also this barn door that was installed very poorly from the get go.

Both tear down rebuilds.
