.. "This review is important to me as I made my decision to choose Louis after reading his website but most importantly the reviews. I went with my gut feeling and it did not disappoint, especially when Louis came over on a Saturday to inspect our substrates and gave us valuable info. I could see straightaway that Louis was very meticulous and an expert of his trade. He spent a week on our benchtop, not rushing it and making sure it was perfect and indeed it is. One can see that he takes pride in what he does. Apart from his exceptional craftsmanship, Louis is a very interesting person with broad knowledge and very keen to share. I have learned much in such a little time. Thank you Louis. You came in as a tradie but when you left, it was like saying goodbye to a friend. No doubt, a sentiment shared by his clients.
