𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬

Due to rising global fuel prices and increased supplier transport costs, we’re currently experiencing higher freight expenses across our operations.

Many of our suppliers have introduced fuel levies of 15–20%, which are being applied before materials even reach our yard. As transport is a significant part of what we do, it’s unfortunately not possible to absorb these increases in full.

To help manage this, we’ve introduced a temporary 5% fuel surcharge, which will appear as a separate line item on invoices and apply to all orders.

We’ve kept this as low as possible to minimise the impact on our customers and will continue to review it regularly. As soon as fuel costs stabilise, the surcharge will be reassessed and removed.
