Why we should all be against excessive plastic packaging and production.

What's growing in my garden this month?
Celery still coming along in its own good time in raised bed along with new sprouting basil seeds in shallow pots.
Passionfruit Vine is doing really well after the rain.
Lemons are now back to ripening on the tree which was pruned in April.
Figs having a second fruiting run to my surprise.
Dragonfruit cuttings are in pots.
We bought a papaya tree super small at Walkaway Market and potted it up, longer term project in deed with certain fruiting trees.
Pumpkin and a range of seeds, tomato, cotton, capsicum, avocado, pomegranate have been planted for next crop cycle.
Some may grow, some may not, the key is experimentation with pots position and effort to use recycled containers and seed saving from kitchen scraps.
Ate the pictured sweet potato from a large pot planted in 2018, now all the cuttings have been replanted.
Two sessions a week of 2 hours each gardening focus has been transforming the space from overgrown and disorganized to a more productive space with a cleaner and positive vibe.
Thanks to my beautiful husband Rich for managing the tree trimming waste management and w**d picking around the weather schedule.

Something we are extremely passionate about here at Maze, is the connection we have to the land.

This includes, the full lifecycle of what we use, we give back.

NOTHING gets wasted!

Think of it as... Growing your own food, then you compost the leftover scraps, that is then turned into organic matter. We can then use the compost on the land to re cultivate the soil and the process starts all over.

Sustainability in its simplest form, and a brighter future for our soil.
