A rest over Easter is so over-rated, hence i decided to plant a pink marble Photinia hedge instead. Planted 60cm apart for a more instant effect. In 12 months it will thicken up and be 50% larger. Will feed in Spring to kick it along. More to plant next visit

I mentioned I would show you the Bismarck Palm again once planted in position... well here it is! Had to dig hole 600mm deep and 400mm wide to get it in position. A dripper system to go around base about 1mtr out from trunk and mulch to deter w**ds. Needs space to grow, fronds can get up to 4mtrs wide. Doesn't like wet feet so water sparingly
