Plants vary from photos.

Plants height is 100-110cm not including the pot. Due to our chemical free practices and natural dam water usage the plants may present with imperfections such as discoloured and chewed leaves.

Sold in recycled Plastic pots. Plants have been grown locally to the western Wide Bay region using chemical free practises and not kept in a shade house. They also natively grow in the Wide Bay Burnett region as well.

This 3-5 metre shrub, characterized by prickly stems and rough, dark green leaves, blooms from winter to summer and sometimes into autumn. The flowers of this shrub offer both aesthetic and culinary uses. The flowers of Hibiscus heterophyllus are large up to 15cm in diameter and their colour varies from yellow, pink and white with pink-edged petals and a dark red center. Apart from being visually appealing, the flowers attracts native birds and insects, such as lorikeets, honeyeaters, and butterflies.

Growing Conditions:
This species thrives in moist areas of open forest land and rainforest perimeters spanning from the east coast of Queensland to central New South Wales. It requires a sunny and well-drained environment, growing rapidly to a height of 3-5 meters.

Medicinal/Edible Uses:
DISCLAIMER: We are not Herbalists, Doctors or claim to be professionals. Please do all your own independent research before using any parts of any plant.
Young leaves, flower petals, and fruit base, called calyx, are edible.
As an attractive addition to salads, the colorful petals serve as edible ornaments. The buds can be pickled or boiled, while the flowers themselves can be stuffed, made into fritters, or brewed into tea. Harvesting the buds over a couple of days and refrigerating them allows for long-term storage until needed. With a slightly tart taste, the buds can be consumed raw or cooked. In addition, the petals of Hibiscus heterophyllus can be transformed into jams, syrups, and cordials. While the flowers only last for a day, picking them as they begin to unfurl in the morning and refrigerating them until the evening will keep them fresh for use during night time festivities.

These delicious sweet fruits can reach 10cm in length with a sweeter, earthier flavour compared to the normal black mulberry, and they don't stain your skin. Suitable for most regions of Australia, although it can be susceptible to damage from late frosts. The best way to eat mulberries is straight from the tree, but they can be made in to jams, pies and even wines. Can be grown in pots due to it's relatively small size - less than 5 metres or if planted in the ground can be pruned to any size you prefer.

Growing Conditions:
This variety is best suited to warm subtropical climates and does not perform well in temperate climate where it tends to drop their fruit, although our trees here endure cold, frosty mornings in winter and searing dry heat in summer and hold on to their fruit, and in a good year can produce 2-3 crops of delicious fruit. Mulberry trees prefer rich soil in full sun, although will tolerate part shade and ours here on our property is planted and producing in rock and clay.

Caladiums are a genus of flowering plants in the family Araceae. Caladiums combine colorful arrowhead-shape leaves with easy growing requirements to star in containers or can be planted out in gardens for stunningly colourful landscaping.

Growing Conditions:
Caladium enjoy being the star of your garden or a feature plant in a pot. They stay active and can grow quite large in subtropical to tropical climates. They don't like the cold or frost, although can be kept in a hot house or heat mat to keep from going dormant. Here on our property we experience negative temperatures and mild to severe frosts. This last winter season we split our caladiums into two lots. The first lot were all taken from the garden in their pots as they started going dormant, and placed under our house in boxes with complete water withheld. The second lot were left in their pots where they were, as they were in the garden receiving daily automatic water. We found that the success of them coming out of dormancy was exactly the same with both lots of bulbs, with no findings of rot detected or recorded. They require fairly organic rich free draining soil and love to be fed quiet regularly during their peak growing season Spring-Summer. Caladium are Toxic to our pets so please be mindful of this when deciding where to place your new plant.

Spiritual Meaning:
Spiritual meaning of Caladium is that is shows us great joy and delight.

The Nutmeg Bush or Misty Plume; Tetradenia riparia is a species of flowering plant native to southern Africa. It belongs in the mint and sage family Lamiaceae. The Nutmeg Bush is a semi-deciduous shrub that is grown for its very fragrant clusters of white flowers and foliage. Makes for a lovely hedge or feature plant as can be trimmed to desired size and shape.

They flower all through winter and spring, providing colour and plenty of food for Native and Honey Bee, along with other beneficial garden insect species; that often do it tough in the cooler months. The Nutmeg Bush can grow to heights of 2.5m and width of 1.5m in full sun. It is said to not handle frost although I know our bushes here have been exposed to negative temps and light frosts.

Growing Conditions:
A light and well drained loam is best with some added organic matter to retain access to moisture in dryer periods. East Coast summers are perfect for it being wet and warm. Our Bushes on our property grow in rock and clay soil, so they will adapt to most soil types we believe.

Plant in full sun but try to avoid the scorching afternoon sun - some dappled shade is well tolerated providing the overall light is bright. Our Bushes grow out in full sun non sheltered conditions and do very well. Prune hard after flowering to keep it neat and promote further growth.

Medicinal/Edible Uses:
