This little off grid cabin that I've been building for my good friend up in Kolonga is coming along nicely, 2 weeks ago I painted the interior and exterior, then installed the hybrid flooring and also installed the merbau handrails...oh,and built an access ramp too 😆.,will finish the skirting and trim and hand over the keys 😊

Who doesn't like a bit of top quality 'Spotted Gum" hybrid flooring 😊..paint is done, bespoke wallpaper coming and then I'll build a massive custom built walk in robe,then install skirting and trim..this is one cool shed conversion,the owner has done a great job with the design and colour scheme.

Here's an outdoor spa area I built a couple of years ago for the interior designer at G.J.Gardner homes,after she sacked 3 carpenters for not wanting to take it on without plans...I ended up landscaping her entire back yard..it was a fun challenge to say the least.

Handyman challenge of the week. Are you really getting your money's worth when you hire a builder or handyman? Some people think that if they can insert a battery into a drill ,they are handymen and I've seen so much dodgy work in this region and good people getting ripped off completely. Today I installed the framework,Gyprock on one side and VJ panel on the other,then plaster it up,ready to sand for paint...all done in 6 hrs.

This one's coming along nicely and I'm so proud of the quality. plastering is done,cornice is going up. kitchen,dining, living room and butler's pantry ceilings have had 3 coats of primer..archway has been cut for entry into the bedroom wing,it's been a big big job for one man, I've saved my customer $$$ and she has had complete control the entire way thru the process...it will be off to the next shed fitout soon and another happy customer 😊

Here's my latest project. Nice open plan,interior shed fitout,lined a with fire resistant moisture/vapour barrier and packed full of quality insulation...this one is going to be a real beauty once it's painted and then I'll install the hybrid flooring throughout and finish it off with some lovely colonial arch skirting & trim 😊

Here's a little project that I've been building in my spare time. 2 Bedroom , 9 metre X 4.6 metre full steel sub floor mounted on level master stumps,completely insulated for ultimate comfort. These can be built to a number of configurations, ie one bedroom with kitchen,lounge and bath,with decking all round,or just one side. When you have one person building these from start to finish,including the fitout,cabinetry, plastering and paint,you are pretty much guaranteed to get a quality finish. This structure took around 4 weeks to complete and cost under 35k
