Something special just arrived in the mail and I may have done a little happy dance 💃🏼

Our Mama labels and flyer have had a full glow-up and I am so in love with how they've turned out🙌🏼

Every detail feels like it truly reflects what this blend is about: nourishment, care, and a little bit of ritual for every mama.
Mama tea is crafted for pregnant and breastfeeding mamas, and these new designs just feel worthy of her. 🤱🏼🤍🤰🏼

I made another thing! 🙌🏼
Meet my heavy duty whipped hand cream, made from scratch using my own infused Calendula oil, and honestly, I could not be more pleased with how it turned out 🤗
Winter absolutely wrecks my hands. I needed something that could actually keep up.
This was my first time working with beeswax and whipping a cream, and I'm kind of obsessed with the result, the texture is dreamy and it smells divine. I used three of my favourite essential oils: Frankincense, Rose Geranium & German Blue Chamomile.
Gotta love random little projects that actually work 😅

🌿 This weekend I'm doing something just for the love of it.
I'll be basically absorbing EVERY minute of these sessions I can, diving into the parts of the program like; learning about plants for life's rites of passage, soaking up everything I can about bioregional and ethical herbalism, and sitting in on a session all about the art of infusions. My kind of day. 🙋‍♀️
As someone who spends most of her days making herbal tea blends, there's something completely invigorating about getting to just learn alongside fellow herb enthusiasts for a day. To sit in a room (or tent) full of people who get genuinely excited about plants, it fills the cup right back up. 🌱
Eden's Tea was born from exactly this kind of curiosity and community, and events like this remind me why I do what I do.
I'll be nerding out all day and soaking up every bit of wisdom I can and you better believe I'll be bringing it all back here for you. 🌿✨

🌿 Everstrong wasn't originally created for the Eden's Tea collection.
It began when a dear friend was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and asked if there were herbs that could help support his body naturally.
I started researching herbs traditionally used to nourish the body with minerals and provide the nutritional building blocks needed for healthy bones, connective tissue and tissue repair. The result was Everstrong.
Since then, I've had customers tell me they reach for it during recovery after surgery (I did too), while healing from injury, and even after one too many wines the night before. 🤭
At its heart, Everstrong is all about nourishment, rebuilding and resilience.

These mighty herbs form the foundation of the blend:
🌿 Nettle — A mineral powerhouse: calcium, magnesium, silica, vitamins C, D & K. It feeds your bones and protects them by reducing the inflammatory cascade that drives joint breakdown.
🌾 Oat Straw — A powerhouse of calcium, magnesium, silica, iron, zinc and vitamins B & E. Consistent use improves bone density, coordination, balance and mental clarity.
🌺 Herb Robert — Rich in rare trace minerals including germanium, which facilitates oxygen transport directly into cells. Inflamed, oxygen-starved joint tissue is a hallmark of arthritis. This herb goes there.
🐴 Horsetail — The highest plant source of silica. Calcium without silica is bricks without mortar. Horsetail also actively inhibits the cells responsible for breaking bone down.
🧠 Brahmi — A powerful tissue rebuilder. Accelerates wound healing, stimulates collagen cross-linking, and supports neurological recovery after surgery, pain, or a big night. 🤭
🍃 Gotu Kola — The most clinically studied herb for connective tissue repair. Stimulates collagen synthesis, builds new blood vessels, and delivers oxygen and nutrients straight to healing tissue.

Have you heard of the Relish Food & Wine Festival ? 🍷🎶
If not, this beautiful annual event transforms Maryborough’s Portside Precinct and Queens Park into a vibrant celebration of regional food, local makers, live entertainment, artisan products and incredible flavours from across Queensland. Think sunshine, riverside wandering, gourmet feeds, handcrafted creations and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to slow down and savour the day.
