2 racks pork baby-back or St. Louis-style ribs
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cumin
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
Apple juice
Your favourite BBQ sauce

Method
šŸŒ”ļø Smoke at 107Ā°C
šŸŒ³ Masters Blend pellets for that sweet, mellow smoke
ā±ļø Smoke ~3 hrs
šŸŽ Wrap with a splash of apple juice for 1Ā½ā€“2 hrs
šŸÆ Unwrap, sauce & finish at 175Ā°C until sticky and caramelised
