We’re now back from our break and starting to get through all the enquiries.

Here’s a bathroom we completed in Swan View before we headed away. It’s come up superbly.

Octagon and dot floor tiles

Semi frameless Custom fluted shower
Recessed overhead cabinet
LED lighting under vanity and cabinet

We’re in Las Vegas this week attending Coverings 2026, an international tile and stone expo. We’ve seen some amazing products, spoken to industry experts and looked at new materials for preparing your walls and floors.
Giant slabs of porcelain and marble mosaics seem to be the popular items at the moment and we saw some great displays from Italy, Spain and Asia. It’s been a great experience!

Bakers Hill

Water damage to this bathroom.

We removed the rusted door frame and replaced with a brand new one. We also installed a vertical water stop, so the frame won’t rust in the future.

Heated towel rails, powered mirror, terrazzo look tile. All finished with brushed gold fittings.

We travelled up to Lancelin over the Christmas break and renovated our parent’s main bathroom. Have been wanting to do this for a few years now and everyone is super happy with how it turned out.
It was all hands on deck to get this done in time.

Thanks to those that made the trek north.

* 600/600 tiles
* Custom niche with shelf
* All new Fienza tapware in brushed nickel
* Timberline floating vanity with stone top and undermount sink
* Matching Timberline mirror cabinet
* Custom made semi frameless screen

Ceilings were 2.7m so no real need to tile all the way to the ceiling. Doing this saves a fair chunk of money and you can change the paint colour as time goes by.

We travelled down the flats and a bit further for this one, but the result was well worth the drive! Full custom cabinetry in the laundry with two toned feature shelving. We removed the old corner bath and centered a beautiful new vanity and tallboy in the bathroom for a sanctuary with room to move. Job well done!

What a stunning outcome for this ensuite and seperate powder room.

Fienza tapware in brushed copper.
ABI brushed copper cabinet handles, shower clips and doorstops.
Custom vanities in Boston Oak with LED strip light.
Omnitek Beige floor and wall tiles 600x600.
Feature tiles Gleeze Blanco 100x100.
Custom door with louvers and Spotswood glass which opens out to the pool area.
Custom shower panl with radius edge.

We ventured down the flats again and complained about the traffic the whole time to renovate this second bathroom.

300/600 tiles throughout New awning window. Nib wall with built in niche and custom tiled shelf. All finished off with gun metal grey tapware. Even the semi frameless screen is in gun metal grey.
