Have you ever seen paper thin floorboards?
Check out my youtube page to see the full makeover of this house (link in bio).
It had it all! Termites, leaking gutters, overgrowth, moldy ceilings and much more. We used second hand floorboards so that they would blend in perfectly after sanding.
This place hadn't been lived in for over a year, it's good to see it back on the rental market.
