Bathroom renovation,
Water problems that have caused root in the timber and termites have found their way into the home. We have removed the rotten timbers and reframed with termites treated new timbers

We removed the old roller doors and old bricked
arches and installed a new timber beam that spanned 5.5 m over the new panel doors.

Replacement of the 1800mm wide sliding door with 3600 mm stacker door to maximise the amazing views.

We replaced rotten treated pine cladding with weathertex eco groove natural 150 mm planks and sprayed the roof with globalcote membrane.
The reason why we choose glocalcote over other roof paints is that the globalcote is manufactured locally here in Brisbane.
The membrane is highly flexible and also uses technology which reflects the sun’s radiation from the surface thus helps to keep the property cooler.

Single garage converted into a bedroom and ensuite. Slab was raised to existing floor levels of the house.

Removal of the trees,shrubs and old concrete with slate. Replacing drainage, new concrete and rendering the fence wall.
This house had serious water problems, all the drainage on the side of the house was blocked due to the trees and shrub root system finding their way into the drains.
