Often roofs need to be pulled back to their bare bones for a correct "restoration", a lot of painters will claim to fix your leaks by spraying the roof, this will never solve your roof issues and always result in spending your hard earned money twice, don't be fooled by cheap "seal & paint" signs you may see on street posts.
