New court yard for a house in Mudgeeraba, fixing a very long standing drainage issue.

This one put the digger through it paces as it was on a rock shelf. The combination of feature sleepers and coloured concrete is magic👌🏻

The first lesson of the day, when you dig out a hole, don’t put the dirt back in it 🤦🏻‍♂️

Failed rotten timber and all of the lovely rain we had not long ago helped to end this fences lifetime 🌨
We replaced it with a treated pine retaining wall and updated the fence to colorbond. We also took the opportunity to remove some old broken concrete for the customer whilst the fence was down.

A great finished product for a beautiful Mudgeeraba family 👍🏻

This was one of the larger full outdoor area reconstructions we have completed here at CGPR for a beautiful young family.

We started with removing the old above ground pool and all the old rotten deck including the sagging joists under the spa as there was no provisions for the extra weight.

Rebuilt the subframe using treated pine with double bearers everywhere to make sure it lasts forever. The decking is 90mm northern box (the hardest timber I’ve ever worked with) it’s going to last a looong time.

New cathedral roof with exposed rafters, going for the barn house look. Customers are over the moon with their new favourite part of the house.

We have been missing off the socials for a while, although that doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy!

Recently we completed this job for a lovely family in Highland Park, replacing their existing front and side stairs with merbau treads and design pine handrails 🤙🏻

Epic before and afters for this bathroom and laundry renovation in Mudgeeraba!! Brought these 2 spaces out of the 90’s with some timeless colours, fixtures and textures. CGPR constructions team meeting the brief and excelling with quality and ex*****on. 🔨

A recent project completed by the CGPR team in merrimac. New timber hybrid glue down flooring with square skirtings. New V joint wall panelling and new gridded walls. The brief was modern chic and I think the team hit it out of the park.

New office space and boardroom for Hastings Deering CAT down in West Burleigh. Tricky job with supply issues due to COVID-19 but we worked around it and got the job done with extremely happy customers.
