In tidying your home you can take items you have collected that are sitting in boxes and display them in a way that looks great and reminds you of all the places you have been. These are shells collected over various trips to the beach around Queensland. Using a simple glue gun and a pre-made mirror designed for crafters a (I got both from Spotlight) and stick them on. I picked the shells to look good colour-wise and then played around till it looked good. Do you need advice on how to display your mementos? Ask me here.

Photos hold great memories of people we love and times of shared laughter and fun. Having photo albums is great, but why not make a photo wall and pick your most liked photos? Choose a colour theme of frames that suits your house. They don't all have to be the same frame - just similar colours. And you can swap out the photos as new ones are taken. Lay it out on the floor and move it around till you have it just right.

It doesn't take lots of money to organise up your kitchen. You don't have to go out and buy lots of new matching plastic containers (unless you want to). Glass jars with the labels peeled off are great. Repurpose your peanut butter jars and coconut oil jars.

I love organising so much I want to help others get organised as well. Having a tidy organised space really makes you feel better. We accumulate so many things and it can seem overwhelming to sort it out. But it is much easier than you think, and I can help.
