Complete restoration

Mold treatment and pressure wash to all exterior substrates.
High level preparation to all weatherboards, Timber rails, stairs, etc, patching, sanding, m40 weatherboard gap sealant (M40 necessary for more movement between seasons).

3 & 4 Coat Paint system,

1st coat Porters Paint- Prepare & Prime, Prepares all surfaces for patching and painting.

2nd coat Porters Paint - Prepare & Prime, seals all patches and Prepare surfaces for final coats.

3rd & 4th coat Porters Paint - Low sheen acrylic (Lambs Wool) weather boards & VJ boards.

3rd and 4th coat Porters Paint - Eggshell finish (Porters Snow white)
Soffits, Rafters, Handrail, Rails, House Skirting & Steps.

2nd & 3rd coat Porters Paint - Aquasatin (Porters Aniseed), Gutters & Facia.

Exterior:

High level preparation to all weatherboard old and new, patching, sanding, m40 weatherboard gap sealant (M40 necessary for more movement between seasons).

4 coat paint system
1st & 2nd coat - prime and stain block paint to stop any tannin bleed through and any old waterstain.
3rd & 4th coat - Dulux Weathershield semi-gloss for the weatherboard (Dulux Olive leaf)
3rd & 4th coat - Dulux Weathershield low sheen, house skirting, facia.( Dulux Licorice Green)
3rd & 4th coat - Dulux Aqua Enamel semi-gloss, Sash windows and door frames ( Dulux Casper White 1/4)

New hamptons style fence to match new home

3 coat dulux exterior paint system.

First coat- dulux 1 step prime and stain block. (Have to block out all tannin from timber bleeding through)

2nd & 3rd coat- dulux weathershield low sheen (Dulux Lexicon quater)

Complete exterior Repaint

Roof pressure washed washed, broken tiles replaced, ridge tiles repointed and 3 coat highbuild dulux roofing membrane system. (Colourbond Monument)

Exterior walls and soffits, outdoor chemical clean, gapping small cracks and patching larger cracks and chips, 2 coat dulux weather shield system. (Dulux Dieskua)
