We’re back 👋 we’ve been a little quiet on social media but behind the scenes we’ve been extremely busy!

Here are some photos of some 2 bedroom granny flats we have been building. We have completed these with a steel subfloor, frame and roof.
We’ve also used Newport Primeline weather board cladding and merbau deck.

Here are some photos from our latest job at River Hills.

We demolished the roof and first floor. The first floor was then extended, structural beams were installed and second story frame built conventionally with a truss roof.

After some time off work due to an injury, we got to finish one last job for the year.

We were given the opportunity to transform this outdoor space and it’s coming along quite nicely, we are loving the Spotted Gum Timber- nothing beats an Aussie classic 🙌🏼

Cladding, Eaves, Decking & Fencing have all been completed by us.
