Our latest double story home completed in Hope Island. In just 8 days, we were able to transform this tired and faded home on the water to a brand new looking modern home again. Our bread and butter!
Due to not being painted every 10 years and minimal maintenance completed, the harsh Australian weather had left its mark through the exterior of this home -seen in picture 7. Most of the exterior walls were cracking, looking like a spiders web through out the home. We had to mix acrylic cement render and sponge this into the surface to make the walls look new again. With a few days of preparation, the right system, and x2 coats of Dulux exterior paint, we were able to get this beautiful home back to its glory days! 👌🏻
