Can't believe this big builder was going to put slab down without giving the owner a chance to build these retaining walls before they blocked access to the boundaries. All about money isn't it. Been in the the game for 35 years and they still amaze me.so do the council . Lucky it was my nephew and I had the time to do it.5 days notice. Saved him thousands but what about the people who have to fork that out without the heads up first. Shame on council and money hungry builders..laws need to change. Would love to talk to a council person who actually care's about the situation. But then again it's the council who charges builders and developers all the money to get something done. All a joke but at least they are making money. 😏
