That’s why we created the Doing It Better Wall.
Since 2022, team members have been nominating colleagues who have gone above and beyond while demonstrating one or more of our core values:

What makes the Doing It Better Wall special is that recognition comes directly from our peers. The people who work alongside us every day are often the first to notice the extra effort, the helping hand, the innovative idea, or the commitment to quality that deserves to be celebrated.
Every nomination tells a story. A story of teamwork. A story of initiative. A story of someone choosing to make a positive difference.
Each month, one nominee receives a prize valued at $250. Past prizes have included Bose noise-cancelling headphones, off-road buggy experiences, full golf days, BBQ kits with Meat Hub vouchers and so many more.
But the real reward is something bigger.
It’s knowing that your efforts are seen. It’s celebrating the people who make our workplace stronger. It’s reinforcing the behaviours that help us all succeed together.
