The new house designed for the same client who is selling their existing house at Jacob’s Well.
We have created cuboidal shapes over smaller softer curved concrete lower floor. Battened for privacy and sun screening it also helps create a strong visual element.
Team effort with Mariana Claro for Dave Harris and Jeanette. Can’t wait to see this house get started.

Hiding in the hills of Currumbin Valley 🌲 A contemporary split level home was sustainably designed with outstanding front to back ventilation, eliminating the need for air conditioning. Featuring timber detailed ceilings and a rock facing to the garage with built in planter boxes.

Palm Beach Project 🌴 Impact was added to the entry with a stone blade wall continuing into the corridor and a circular concrete slab. Fixed pane glass surrounds help to bring additional light into the space.

✍️Our client wanted a modern mid century style design, so it was important to ensure the architecture remained authentic to mid century style whilst still maintaining a level of functionality in the floor plan.
✔️The kitchen here opens up to a courtyard which brings in light and ventilation to the internal parts of the house like the kitchen show here and living rooms
