We’ve done so much to this house which has completely changed and updated its look, while making the existing deck a functional space all year round!

It wasnt easy working around the weather we’ve had but we got there 💪

•We changed the roof tiles to iron with new gutters, fascias and barges everywhere with new boxed eaves.

•Put a vaulted truss roof over the deck which tied back into the existing house.

•Changed the roof line on the back to extend all the way through, creating another undercover space which is now closed in.

•New stacker sliding door onto the deck.

•New velux skylights and make good on the inside.

Going from tiles to iron isn’t as easy as it seems, a lot of work goes into it that you dont see like changing all the tie downs in the frame but we think its worth it 🔥

We were lucky enough to get this job passed onto us which turned out to be huge! An old shack in Middleton that needed some work to bring it back to life and now the clients look forward to coming down to a relaxing and inviting place!

âś… Remove and install new cladding, flashings and sisalation where needed and make weatherproof!!
✅ Remove all rotten timber barges/fascia’s and replace with new.
âś… New gutters, iron and flashings.
âś… Paint the exterior and interior of the whole house.
âś… New Gyprock reveals and some other patch work ready for new paint.
âś… Remove door and replace with new window.
âś… New back door.
âś… New paving and drains.

Little verandah and merbau deck underneath we did.

We looked after this client and did it in stages with the verandah first, deck a few months later and then we’ll come back to finish the decking down the front when funds are available.

They also made payment by installments weekly, something we can offer our clients. We want to help you however we can to bring your dreams to reality.
