We are thrilled to welcome Alex, a trade qualified professional locksmith with a stellar reputation for being highly skilled, efficient and an all-round nice guy.

Finding the right person to join our team has taken quite some time, as we were determined to find a locksmith who shares our commitment to both outstanding customer service and quality workmanship. Alex is exactly that person, and we can confidently say that he has been worth the long wait.

He is well versed in all fields of locksmithing from car work to poker machines and everything in between. Honestly, that’s hard to find these days.

Since our mate and lead locksmith, big Stu passed, the business has held a sadness that’s been indescribable. There is now finally a bright light and it’s exciting….to say the very least.

Alex will be assisting with the after-hours/emergency work and is very community minded. The kind of person our wonderful community is so worthy of. He is the team member that we have been searching far and wide for.

As many of you know, we travel absolutely everywhere, often well beyond this beautiful region to look after our customers. With the kilometres we clock up every week, our vehicles certainly earn their keep. Like shoes will like to share the wear.
Investing in our fleet means we can continue providing fast, reliable service. We collected our newest addition this week and we will soon have it sign written. Here is the vehicle sign writing proof.

Before we tell you our exciting news let us tell you about Todd.

He works on a casual basis within the business and is always available 24/7.

Todd drops whatever he is doing to assist Stewart as needed. He has a double diploma in IT and has had to fix some crucial issues computer wise in the business over the years.

Todd is multi-talented, he fixes small issues with the vehicles and often takes them to Tim (our ace mechanic) at Cooloola Coast Service Centre, when they need servicing (every few months) or other mechanical work.

Todd helps out delivering locks and keys far and wide at all hours of the day and night. He also does those little things like mowing the lawns behind the shop and a million other everyday tasks. He assists Stewart with lifting and moving safes in the early hours of the morning.

Todd is a kind and caring person who always does the right thing and is a real asset to the business.
