Wet Weather Warning... and a Lesson Learned!
Before anyone asks... NO, the boss wasn't driving 😅
After all, we can't all be as skilled as Craig when it comes to near-misses and tight situations! Unfortunately, another member of the team found themselves in a rather awkward position this week — literally stuck between a post and a slippery slope after the recent rain.
Thankfully, Ash from Ash's Towing came to the rescue with a swift and successful recovery. A huge thank you for getting us out of trouble so quickly!
On a more serious note, with the amount of rain we've had lately, please be mindful of ground conditions when arranging deliveries. Even cars can find themselves sliding where they shouldn't, and trucks are carrying a whole lot more weight. Wet grass, soft shoulders, steep driveways and muddy access tracks can quickly turn into recovery jobs.
If you're unsure whether your delivery location is accessible, have a chat with our office beforehand. We'd much rather work out a safe solution than end up starring in another episode of "How Did That Get There?"
