Another recent project completed by KAJ involved the supply and installation of a Ribline Cream Sectional Door 2130H x 3460W, jambs and covers, pelmet and infill panels to enclose the entire garage making it safer and more secure and provide weather protection for the household vehicle.

The door was completed with a GDO 11 Auto Door Opener with remotes and wall button.

Additional work included the er****on of a covered area at the rear of the carport providing some additional space to be utilised as an entertainment area. This additional area measured 2130W x 4125L.

This recent job for KAJ Installations & Services was quite an involved project which included the supply and installation of:

• Aluminium sliding gate with horizontal slats in Blackwood grain colour
• Aluminium Fixed Panel matching sliding gate with horizontal slats in Blackwood grain colour
• 90mm SHS heavy Wall Post with guides for sliding gate
• Gate Catcher mounted to a 90mm SHS Post
• In ground Track set in concrete footing
• Gate Locking Devices

The gate measured 3248mm and fence panels were 3158mm making the total opening width 6510mm. Slats were also installed into existing fence panels to match those of the gate and infill panel.

The job was completed over a total of 2 days and the client was very happy with the final result.

KAJ’s experience and level of expertise is increasing with recent requests for quotes for installation of patio’s etc and it is really exciting to see something of this nature come together. Great stuff Kim!!!!
