When our client asked for assistance with furniture procurement, our talented design team took it one step further, curating, sourcing and coordinating the furnishings for our Mee Street project and creating a considered, cohesive interior.⁠

A considered balance of form, function and effortless living. Behold our stunning living dining area from our Monterey project. ⁠

For the dining space, we partnered with Jardan to select a beautifully crafted dining setting and bar stools that complemented the apartment’s warm, natural palette. Timeless in design and beautifully proportioned, the pieces bring a sense of understated elegance while allowing the architecture and city outlook to remain the focus.⁠

The approach for these spaces was intentionally restrained, creating an environment that feels sophisticated yet relaxed, where carefully selected pieces add character without competing with the spectacular views.⁠

Sometimes, the right piece needs to be created.

As part of our interior design service, we work closely with our trusted suppliers and makers to develop bespoke, one-off pieces that bring our clients’ visions to life. From form and proportion, to materiality and function, each piece is thoughtfully designed to suit the space and become part of the wider design story.

For our Hillside Sanctuary Project, we collaborated with Blend Concrete to design and craft the statement custom dining table and bench seat for the pool house. Concrete was the material of choice, speaking directly to the architecture of the home and the raw, natural materials that flow from inside to out. We wanted this piece to feel grounded, architectural and completely integrated into the space. The warmer fawn tone was selected to softly complement the timber details of the home and connect with the other materials and finishes we selected. The result is a bespoke piece perfectly suited to a family pool house setting, both in form and function.

When it came to our design vision for this project we drew direct from these finishes to create a concept that showcased its strong street presence and to give a memorable, unforgettable first impression, one that reads as considered from the kerb as it does through every interior moment.⁠

Our styling approach for One Property & Designs most recent project at 26 Rigel Street was guided by the properties stunning materiality and architectural language. We introduced warmth, texture and balance while allowing the architecture to remain the hero.⁠
⁠
Layered natural textures, sculptural forms, soft linens and curated objects complement the restrained palette, while pared-back furniture allows the curves, soaring ceilings and statement staircase to take centre stage.⁠

Every space was considered as part of a broader visual narrative and we worked to curate interiors that felt resolved, balanced and authentic, both in person and through the lens.⁠
