BD Water is looking for someone with a strong finance / accounting / commerce background to improve our finance and accounting capability.

Your work will include budgets, cashflow, and performance data to help us understand how the business is tracking. The goal is for you to help us run a tighter, smarter, more commercially driven operation.

Meet Oleksiy, one of our Irrigation Technicians at BD Water.

Not every career follows a straight line — and Oleksiy’s is a great example. Starting in agriculture and transitioning into irrigation, he eventually found his way into the water world almost naturally.

On site, he’s focused on getting the job done and keeping things moving — and making sure the paperwork doesn’t get forgotten along the way.

If he could invent one thing to make the job easier? A tool that scans underground to detect cables and pipes before digging — something we’re sure plenty of crews would appreciate.

Outside of work, you’ll find Oleksiy staying active — swimming, playing tennis, hiking (when it’s not summer), or winding down with a good meal and a sunset walk.

At BD Water, it’s people like Oleksiy — practical, driven and always pushing forward — that keep things moving on site and behind the scenes.
