A massive thank you to all of my amazing customers since I started Scotty P’s Lawn & Garden Maintenance in April 2025.

Over this time, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many great people (and their puppies 🐶), built valuable hands on experience, and stayed so busy that I made the big decision to resign from my Government role in February 2026 to focus on this business full time.

I remain passionate about my work and always strive to deliver great results on every job.

I’ve been fortunate to work closely with one of the largest Real Estate companies in the South Brisbane / Logan area and have specialised in getting homes ready for sale, achieving great results. This is work I genuinely enjoy.

As the cooler weather sets in and lawns slow down, I now have availability to assist new clients in the Browns Plains and Calamvale areas with gardening and getting your yards back into shape.

• 22 December – Trading

• 29 December – Closed
• 30 December – Closed
• 31 December – Closed
• 1 January – Closed
• 2 January – Closed
• From 5 January onwards – Trading resumes for the New Year

A big shout out to my wife Sam who came out with me on her day off to assist with a couple of decent sized property cleanups today. Unfortunately it was a lovely 33 degree day 🥵 but she survived and did an amazing job!

People ask me why I've left my air conditioned office job to battle with 35 degree days, dust and spiders. It's the before and afters!!! The satisfaction of transforming a tired and run down outdoor space to an area which brings the owner joy makes it all worth it!

☘️LAWN SEASON IS FAST APPROACHING☘️
With Spring almost upon us, now is the time to get your lawn ready for the growing season! If you've got w**ds in your lawn and/or gardens, it's the best time to spray and get rid of them before they take over.

It's also a great time protect your lawn from lawn grubs. I use a product called Acelepryn which is the best lawn pest control product on the market, protecting your lawn for up to 6 months from lawn grubs and is 100% safe with your pets and will not harm earthworms and birds.

I've sprayed many of my regular customers lawns already for w**ds however if you're interested in w**d and/or grub protection, or even just interested in planning for lawn season feel free to reach out 😊

My biggest hedge reduction sofar. It was taking over the side of the yard and the owners wanted it taken right back. It will be much easier to maintain moving forward
