Part-Time Office Administrator / All-Rounder – Heyfield, Central Gippsland
(with potential for more hours)

⚡ Stuarts Electrical Contracting is a local, family-run business looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive office superstar 🌟 to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

🧾 What You’ll Do:
📞 Answer calls, emails & customer enquiries
🗓️ Schedule jobs & coordinate the team
💰 Handle quotes, invoices & basic admin
🧰 Keep track of vehicles, tools & equipment
📊 Liaise with our bookkeeper & accountant
📸 Keep our socials up to date (photos, posts & updates)
🤝 Help out with general office and team support

💡 About You:
💬 Great communication & multitasking skills
💻 Confident with computers (Xero, Word, etc.)
📱 Social media savvy (Facebook, Insta)
✅ Reliable, organised & positive attitude
🔌 Experience in trades/small business admin is a plus!
