Full high-pressure wash down followed by preparation and painting of all previously painted surfaces. A lot of detailed work on timber rafters and balustrades — slow, careful work but worth doing right.

Timber windows restored with stain and clear coat to bring the natural grain back to life while protecting them for years to come.

Some jobs are all about patience and detail.

We high-pressure washed the entire house, then focused on refreshing the front elevation. Render repairs completed, followed by two coats of Solagard Matt in Lexicon Quarter for a clean, modern finish.

Doors finished in Monument satin, with the balustrade to match in high-gloss epoxy for contrast and durability.

Ready for market and first impressions that count.
