This small steep site is now transformed into a useable outdoor space 🌿 easy + beautiful access linking bottom + top of property 🌿 small fire pit + seated area on a large round platform step 🌿 client brief: create a useable, lush green space to contrast against the white exterior home 🌿 materials used: core10 steel box step-pods with exposed agitate, limestone dust, waterproofing + drainage 🌿 plants used: Japanese Maples, ficus pumila (climbing fig), arthropodium matapouri bay (Renga Renga Lily) + scleranthus biflorus (cushion bush) 🌿 cheers Rich

Work in progress 🌿 creating a natural water catchment using weathered blue stone 🌿 formed a little creek bed that flows into the pond 🌿 swipe right to see the Pétanque court 🌿 boxed up with core 10 steel + layered with drainage material + top dressed with limestone dust 🌿 crafted the seat with hardwood timber 🌿pretty stoked to see this once planted out, cheers Rich
