Receptionist – Window Furnishings Showroom
Full-time position
Location: Hobart, Tasmania
About Us:
We specialise in high quality blinds, curtains, shutters, and custom window solutions. Our team
prides itself on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer care. As our
receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a smooth and positive experience for every
customer who walks through our door or calls our office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and manage front of house enquiries
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
• Schedule consultations, installations, and measure appointments
• Assist with basic administration tasks, invoicing, and data entry
• Support the sales team with customer follow ups
• Keep the showroom tidy, organised, and welcoming
Skills and Experience:
• Warm and confident communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers and booking systems
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous administration or reception experience including MYOB is an advantage but not essential
