Nice system with a nice sea scape view today at Swansea.
The customer wanted to be able to use their solar to supplement the hot water so we added catch power! Great invention and much smarter in most cases than just installing a battery.

Nice to see energy networks exposed tonight on ABC 7.30 for running the electricity grid at its top end voltage. Well done ABC for tackling a hard to explain to the general public topic that has been ripping customers for years.
It’s only now that some solar customers have raised the issue as their systems have raised the voltage beyond inverter acceptance levels that its become noticed.
Up until this point we have been ripped by electricity providers un be known to 99.9% of the population.
Don’t blame solar, look in the mirror and adapt to the new norm. If lower network voltage (230-240) was average solar would be an issue and everyone’s systems would be working fine.
