Some late-dusk dramatic sky phenomenology

It looks like Brisbane’s not-really winter is gone and spring is here! This tile pattern was inspired by views over the suburban tree canopy. A mottle of green with flashes of purple, red and yellow. A subtropical camouflage palette filling a Mondrian grid.

Should we make it into a tea towel?

(We designed this before Bluey blew up, but often see a similar colour palette in the broader views of the Heeler’s city!)

The ‘good lounge’ I grew up with is looking for a new home.

Award-winning Australian design and craftsmanship, increasingly collectable and sought after by those who know!

Purchased from Myer Brisbane in 1977, and still in excellent condition, having been well cared for over 45 years.

Solid timber bentwood frame. Super comfortable sling back hammock-style netting. Velvet corduroy upholstery a special order, considering kids’ shoe buckles then in fashion.
