ABOUT US:
Bass Home & Yard Maintenance is an independent Tasmanian owned business, building a reputation for quality craftsmanship in residential and commercial projects across North Tasmania. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects in 2026, we are looking for a Trade Accredited Tiler to join our team.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
The majority of our work is based in Launceston and surrounding areas. Due to an increased project workload, this position would be ideal for someone that has experience of working on both commercial and residential projects.

With proven experience as a Tiler you will be responsible for delivering quality tiling work, which could include but not be limited to:
- Floor & wall tiling (new and repair work).
- Screeding, grouting & caulking.
- Tile and remedial repairs.
- Shower screen removal & installation.
- Site preparation, including waterproofing & substrate levelling.
- Reading plans & specifications accurately.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship & site cleanliness.

ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE:
- Certificate III in Wall & Floor Tiling or equivalent Trade Recognised Qualification is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a tiler, post-apprenticeship.
- Valid White Card & Driver’s License.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
- Reliable, organised & punctual.
