Here is a fantastic little deck and Stratco Cooldeck insulated flyover roof we completed in Brassall a couple of months ago. The decking stilas been fixed over a galvanised rhs joists and bearer system with a termite barrier against the house and the tops of the joists are protected for a complete weather tight seal. We build all our decks with a minimum 20-30 year lifespan in mind.

Block work retaining walls are done and the Narellan Pools Australia 6m x 3.5m serene 6 fibreglass pool has now been craned in. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project in jindalee when up next we have the huge 5.5m cantilevered 90sqm deck done and the 2 modern Stratco Cooldeck insulated patio roofs in place. Happy Friday!!! It's posting time of the week again. We are in Springfield Lakes today having a look at an outdoor renovation we completed for one of our fantastic clients who needed a lifestyle upgrade. Starting at the top, we removed and replaced the old single skin patio roof with a new Stratco cooldeck insulated flyover patio roof to gain additional height to install an outdoor fan. The old stenciled concrete slab was extended and tiled over with a modern square tile. Completing the look is a new brick BBQ outdoor designed and built by us to accommodate a new 4 burner BBQ and smoker (still to come). The client finished the BBQ top in a natural dark granite which really sets off the whole area.

It's Friday reveal time. Take a look at this economical and impressive looking deck and patio roof we completed in redbank Plains recently. Hardwood kwila decking with a Stratco outback patio roof complete with Stratco architectural edge gutters on all 3 sides creates a fantastic modern look on a budget. At under $15k including council, all materials, labour and storm water connection it is surely a head turner.

Another patio completed for a very satisfied client in Springfield recently. The existing patio was desperately in need of replacement and the new Stratco cooldeck insulated patio really sets off the entire entertaining area around the new pool.

Here we are in beautiful Pine Mountain completing the final stages of this poolside deck project. All treated hardwood joists and bearers, stainless steel screws to the decking with hot dip galvanised posts to ensure long term durability. We pride ourselves on going over and above the standard to ensure we only have to build these once!!! Thank you to our fantastic clients who were a dream to deal with over the course of the design through to the build.

We are in Camira this week completing a custom designed free standing Stratco cool deck insulated patio on cranked posts. The clients brief was to keep the structure independent to the existing patio enclosure but also provide weather protection at the same time. We designed 2 custom made powder coated she posts to the rear of the patio with a more than generous overhang to meet the required brief as well as the concrete slab. A fantastic result for a fantastic client!!
