We do our best to balance budget and vibes. This is the second phase- TRADE DAY.
We meet with a contractor early on during after schematic design. Along with a materials board, here we’re testing the possibilities and budget for this project.
This is a really fun one because the client has so many great ideas and we’re working on a design solution to facilitate epic cooking sessions in the kitchen as well as different areas for entertaining.
I love learning about how you live, what you want to prioritize and a bit about what makes you tick.
As we move into refining the design and considering the details that some people don’t find exciting- but I do- where does the bin go, what type of bins and do we need to fit in a coffee station- the answer is yes!
