Owned for many years , the house had been part of the family for decades.
But over time, it had become disjointed and no longer suited the needs of a growing household.

The brief was to honour that legacy while creating a home that works for modern family life.

We reimagined the layout to improve flow and connection, transforming fragmented spaces into a cohesive, open plan design centred around everyday living.

At the heart of the home is a generous entertainer’s kitchen , designed to bring people together, seamlessly connecting to indoor and outdoor spaces.

A new swimming pool completes the transformation, turning the backyard into a place for gathering, relaxing, and making new memories.

A home once shaped by the past, now thoughtfully designed for the future.

This space balances warmth and simplicity through the use of Boston Oak joinery in a slim shaker profile by verve_kitchens, bringing subtle texture and timeless detail to the cabinetry. The natural timber tones are paired with wkstoneau surfaces for a clean, durable finish that keeps the palette soft and refined.

Over the island, dawn.lighting pendants add a sculptural touch, while yabby.com.au tapware provides both function and a refined focal point at the sink. The result is a kitchen designed to feel open, warm and quietly sophisticated — perfect for the relaxed coastal lifestyle of Bondi.
